Designing the Mobimo Tower, Basel based architects Diener & Diener were inspired by the skyscrapers of Chicago built around 1900. With its height of 81 meters and 24 floors this polygonal construction is remarkable for the city of Zürich. The lower 14 floors are occupied by the Renaissance Hotel, the upper floors contain luxury apartments and a penthouse. There are 53 living units with floor plans from 88 to 304 m2. What luxury to delegate every day chores and the organisation of conveniences to a highly capable service team!
